At Diwile Fashion, we want you to love what you wear.
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and labels must be intact
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use (odor, stains, washing, damage) will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Exchanges (Size or Defective Items)
• We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
• Wrong size received
• Manufacturing defects
• Items damaged during delivery
To request an exchange:
Contact us at diwilefashion@gmail.com or +94 76 826 5420 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Send the item to: 57/1 ,Andihena Rd, Gothatuwa New town, Colombo
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your card issuer (processing times vary)
• Contact your bank
If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at diwilefashion@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• For approved refunds, return shipping fees may be deducted
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Diwile Fashion is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit after the return is processed
If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
